Back pain and my Spine
I knew my back pain was in my back. I also knew my spine was the bones that where in my spine. What I did not know was how my spine not only gave me the structure that held my body together but it also houses my spinal cord. Then from the spinal cord comes the nerves that control my whole body. It was not till I attended Dr. Stockstad’s who is an Asheville Chiropractor who in his Health care that I finally understood how my health and how my body heals and breats down is associated with my spine.
