Kay’s Inspiration

My best friend, Kay, is getting married in a few weeks. She has a small amount of weight to lose and asked me how to lose weight fast and safe. We discussed a variety of ways to prepare for her beautiful day ahead.

“How many pounds do you need to lose?” I asked Kay. She told me she needed to lose about 10 pounds. I told her there were several ways she could take off the pounds. I encouraged her to eat less junk food, stay away from high fat foods, and to eat more fruits and vegetables. She was pleased with my choices. We then continued to plan for her wedding day.
