what i need to be sure that i am doing is to make the workouts that i am doing really safe and effective so that i can rreally get teh work done that i want to nad get the gains that i want to get to.. that is not alwys easy that is for sure.abs diet tips are always good to use. i want to get the workouts done that are really going ot make the most out of the time that i have and tha tis theay to be surr that itget s done to. what are you doing and what are the workouts that are working for you. are they tough and effective?
