Walking Will Help You Lose Your Stomach Fat
I have been walking everyday this past month. I usually find walking kind of boring but I have been walking a different route lately and it has been breaking up the monotony. If you are unable to jog, then walking is another way to lose your stomach fat. Seeing that it is wintertime here, I have been able to go out and walk on our frozen lake. Someone has taken a snow plow and bladed a really nice trail for people. This route is quite neat because I am able to see through the ice but am in no risk of breaking it. When I walk I like to try and keep a very brisk pace. This way my heart rate increases enough that I am able to get a bit of a workout.
