Can I increase my height while I bike to work?

If you can bike to work, you should consider adding it to your plan for how to grow taller naturally. Bicycling is a good aerobic exercise that can lengthen the legs.Before setting out, raise your bicycle seat a couple of inches. You should have to really stretch your legs to reach the pedals. When you’re riding, be sure to keep your weight even. Don’t shift from side to side, because then you lose the benefit of stretching! If you’re not able to bike to work, you should still use a stationary bike at the gym. The aerobic exercise will help your body produce growth hormone and encourage your bones to grow strong, and the stretching will help lengthen your legs.
