Cholesterol Reducing Foods: More Tasty Than You Might Think

There are many different kinds of cholesterol reducing foods that you can incorporate into your daily diet. Oatmeal has been proven to lower your bad cholesterol levels dramatically when eaten once a day. You may also be surprised to know that walnuts and almonds will also help; however, you don’t many each day to see the effects. Omega 3 fatty acids, like those found in salmon, are important in a number of ways the body, but are very effective in lowering bad cholesterol and raising the good. Olive oil will do the same, but avoid the kinds that are labeled as light olive oil to get the best results.
