Eat Stop Eat E-book

The Eat Stop Eat an e-book created by nutritionist and athlete Brad Pilon. It is an ebook that goes against the grain of most of the diet book on the market today. Instead of having small meals throughout the day, calculating food on the glycemic index or counting carbohydrate grams, Eat Stop Eat scheme requires you to fast for 24 hours, 2 times a week in an effort to burn fat, and boost your metabolism and lose weight. The program does not believe in the notion that starving for small bouts at a time puts the metabolism into slow mo. The program believes that if the metabolism quickens the energy improves and the body won’t feed off the muscle.
