When you are placed into a position of leadership it is important to develop your own personal leadership style. It is impossible to go into a position and expect to perform in the same manner as the previous leader. We each have our own personalities and differ in the way we like things done. A good leader will be adept in delegating tasks to others in such a manner as to make the individual feel that he is trusted and accept the task without question.
