Will smith workout is into strength training and weight training. His body has high metabolism. He can gain and lose weight quite easily. He was into boxing also some time ago. His potential is such that he can do 6 hours of gym exercises too! Isn’t that great! But all this doesn’t come easy. He eats nutritious food and does not eat junk food at all.
