1930′s Charm!

My wife and I recently purchased a pristine 1930′s home.  We had been watching the market intently over the last three years, and finally came across this gem among gems.  One of the most common real estate adages is location, location and location.  Well, another one of those adages is kitchens and bathrooms.  Whereas the former certainly has its place, its the latter that sells homes.  Ours is no exception.  The kitchen is fantastic and the bathrooms are absolutely fabulous!  A completely turnkey home, all we had to do was replace the clawfoot tub drains.  The previous ones were a bit rusted out, but we were able to find a couple at reasonable prices and were extremely easy to install. Now it’s complete!
