A Gentle Pet That Is Perfect For Kids
Last week my daughter had a play date at a friends house, and when I picked her up she was very excited to tell me all about the fun time she’d had. The other little girl had a Russian dwarf hamster, and they had spent the entire play date holding and petting him. I was amazed that a small animal could be so gentle, and I called the other mom to ask if she thought they were good pet choices. She said that her daughter loves the hamster, and that he was very gentle and tame. My daughters birthday is next week, and she will be getting her own hamster!
