My Friend and Her Foster Pets
My friend has many cats due to the fact that she fosters strays until they are given homes. She has a special door that is programmed to each one of her cats that will only allow them in the house through the cat door. This is one of the reasons that she always gets the cat door microchip put in the cats when they first arrive. Some of them surprisingly have them already and the doors work with the pre-existing chips as well. I sit and watch the cats move in and out of the door so easily and it never gives them problems but I have seen other cats try once or twice and they cant get the flap to open.
