The Global Knife Set Is a Let Down
I had heard so many great things about Japanese knives and that is why I recently purchased a Global Knife Set. I had been trying to decide on a set of knives for a long time and because the reputation of knives made in Japan was so good, I decided on this one. Well, it’s safe to say that this knife set is a tremendous let down. The chef knife is not as sharp or as durable as my Cuisinart chef knife and that knife is much less expensive than these. I do not recommend that anyone buy this knife set. There are better ones for less money.
