The toughest part of getting over a break up

Nothing hurts more than being rejected by a lover. It is so easy to just slip into self-pity, withdraw from the world and make the refrigerator your best friend. However, it would be better to get angry and physically work out your emotions. Each push up of crunch will feel like a victory over your ex. Push yourself to get involved with a service project such as a food pantry or community center. That way you will be involved with people, but not in a relationship. The more you isolate yourself, the worse you will feel. YOU are worth it, so make the effort to get on with the best part of your life. Take baby steps, but keep moving forward and don’t look back.  This is the toughest part of getting over a break up.
