Electric Radio Controlled Boats Aren’t Just For Beginners
You know, I think all of us are a bit intimidated when we are first introduced to the hobby of radio controlled boats. I know I was. My first inclination was to get one of those electric radio controlled boats, since they seemed to be the easiest to handle.And you know what, that probably really is good advice for someone new to the hobby. But, I have been working with radio controlled cars for several years, so I figure the transition to boats cant’ be that tough! Yes, there definitely are differences, but I found that my past experience with cars gave me the confidence to move right up to a nitro boat…what a thrill that was. So, I guess my advice is to go for it..use your own experience as a guide, and have fun! Boats, cars, airplanes..they are ultimately the same thing..just choose your poison!
