What If My Offer Is Not Accepted?
I am trying to buy a home in Reading, Ma. This beautiful home has four bedrooms, a brand new kitchen will all new stainless steel appliances, a formal living room and dining and a large family room with a fireplace. It’s located in a tree lined neighborhood in Reading, Ma. I went to an open house and fell in love with the home. I decided that I didn’t want to make an offer without representation so I called Sharon Seabury of Reading Ma Real Estate. I wanted to make an offer that would be fair and would be accepted.
