Hunting Apples with California Public Records

My business partner rides past an abandoned apple orchard every day on his way to work.  And he is obsessed with that orchard. From the road, it appears to have several variety of trees, irrigation and several utility roads cut through it. It should be a working farm, but it neglected and that offends Justin’s sense of making thing right. So, we are going to California public records to see if we can figure out who owns it. The business is doing well, and Justin thinks he can afford an antique orchard.  I’m not sure he can, but I know that he really wants to save it.
