Improve My Bench Press – What’s The Limit
Is there any limit to improve my bench press? I start to wonder about this because after changing my workout program two weeks ago I see steady progress that is slowly making me worry if this is normal. I increased my bench press by 10 kg already one day after implementing a new technique for bench press. In addition, I changing my workout split to a more HIT-style training (HIT meaning High Intensity Training). So, actually I am training less than before and I nevertheless see these progress steps. It’s unbelievable and I wonder where will this end? I am not taking any magic supplements and I don’t think I ever will. Having the right workout program can change everything.
