Just play with it 2 hours then shut it down for 20 to 30 minutes to cool down then use it again. you can play for 6-8 hours per day but as i said above not without a break. you can play these hours each day on a daily bases HOWEVER , it is very important to keep your 360 away from dust and keep cleaning it
